To Register:

Step 2

Patiently wait for confirmation to arrive by email within a few days.  This will include an attached invoice with payment options and instructions.
Step 3

Registration is complete when payment is received, whether in full, post-dated checks, or PayPal auto-pay.  Another email confirming receipt will follow.
